Um that enable business owners to get what is called a redevelopment liquor license through the state at a significantly reduced rate.

If either one of these things changes, the liquor license is uh non-void.

Um, but it does allow for um a more accessible entry into um serving wine liquor and okay, and these are for um these establishments already have a liquor license.
