Okay, I'm gonna call the meeting to order. This is the um super committee meeting for September 22nd, 2025. Please stand for the Pledge of Allegiance. I pledge allegiance to the F the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands. One nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all. Okay. Um so we don't have any registered comments, and so we're gonna go over to uh finance and legal. Thank you very much. We have four items this evening. Um first item budget discussion. I just put this on for tonight because I realize this is the last meeting of finance and legal prior to um tomorrow's budget meeting on revenue and expenditures, as well as uh the final finance and legal meeting prior to the capital discussion on October 14th. So I just wanted to give council one final um time to speak up, I guess, prior to both of these uh discussions. Uh if anyone wanted to bring anything to borough managers' attention, uh any other uh wish list items or any questions of what Melinda's gonna be maybe presenting tomorrow. I didn't have anything, I just wanted to give kind of last guess Hail Mary, if anyone wanted to. Yes, Amy. Um road program typically in the capital side. That is correct. So my request will be the same as always, which is I really think that we need to make a dedicated effort to increase, particularly the rising costs, the amount of roads that we do because we're continuing to fall further and further behind. So just flatten. Okay. Um request just I I get it. The one thing I would like to let council know about is uh after Melinda figured the um revenues and expenditures, we are we we have a budget, a capital budget of approximately 700,000 this year. So it unless you know we find other ways to raise revenue, that is what we will have to address our road program and any other capital concerns in the next year. So I just want to kind of put that on everybody's radar that we will be discussing that on the 14th and any options to raise revenue in other ways. Thank you. Right. Traditionally, yeah. Okay, this has okay. Thank you. Anyone else? Um, I would just like to request that we allocate some funding for planting again this year, um, particularly in the business district. Um we everything is we talked about changing those beds to maybe some native plants to make them easier to maintain going forward. So I'd like to see us budget some money for that and for other potential landscaping projects. Okay, anyone else? Melinda, do you have a preview for us for tomorrow? Or you don't have to. No, they're not there will be specs tomorrow. Okay. And then at the capital budget meeting, there would be the emails, and I would be reaching out for that. So that we are well fed and not hangry. It always is.
