After debate, the council voted to table the ordinance to allow the administration to incorporate a clear formula. The existing ordinance and resolutions for current funding remained unaffected.
- Affordable Housing Plan (Resolution 178): Attorney Christopher Zangaro explained that the ADU component is a future mechanism, not yet zoned. He clarified that deed-restricted affordable ADUs must be marketed regionally and cannot be rented to family members. He also confirmed the 610-unit carryover from the third round is accounted for as unmet need.

Good evening, everyone. This meeting is called to order at 610 today. This is the agenda from municipal council combined meeting of Tuesday, April 7th, being at 6:30. Um I just want to uh my three fellow colleagues could not make it today uh through holiday and some conflicts, but they did reach out to me, each one of them and say they can't make it. Whereas Fernando of Allen has concluded an extraordinary and distinguished wrestling career at Edison High School, leaving a lasting legacy of excellence, dedication, and sportsmanship. And whereas Fernando finishes his career at Edison High, second all-time winner with an impressive 143 victories. Whereas throughout his career, he achieved remarkable success, including earning two district titles and capturing three GMC county championships, twice being honored at the tournament most valuable player. And he has represented Edison with pride on the state level, earning his first trip to the state tournament in Atlantic City. And whereas Fernando's compiled an outstanding overall record of 143 wins, 22 losses, including an astounding 109 pins, demonstrating both and determination on the mat. Fernando has become an inspiration to the Edison community, exempling what it means to represent one's hometown with honor, excellence by becoming one of the greatest Edison wrestlers of all time. Now therapy be resolved by the municipal council of Edison that we proudly recognize and congratulate Fernando of Allen for his remarkable achievements and contributions to Edison High School Wrestling, and that we extend our best wishes to Fernando, better known as Nondo, as he continues his academics and athletic career at Millersville University in Pennsylvania with confidence that he will achieve continued success.
