Whereas emergency medical services is valid public service, and the members of emergency medical service teams are ready to provide life-saving care to those in need 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Whereas access to quality emergency care dramatically improves the survival and recovery rate of those who experience sudden injury, illness or injury.

Emergency medical services fill health care gaps by providing important out-of-hospital care, including preventative medication, uh follow-up care, and access to telemeds.

The whereas the emergency emergency medical service system consists of first responders, emergency medical technicians, paramedics, emergency medical dispatchers, firefighters, police officers, educators, administrators, pre-hospital nurses, emergency nurses, emergency physicians, trains member of the public, and other out of hospital medical care providers.

Whereas the members of emergency teams, whether the career or volunteer engage in thousands of hours of specialized training and continuing education to enhance their life-saving skills.

Um whereas HMH, JFK, EMS, Edison Division of Fire, Hot's of Middlesex County, and Edison Emergency Medical Service have shown dedication and execution of these services.
