Although I've been like fifteen months. So the first thing, land acknowledgements for indigenous peoples. Does anyone wish to read? I'll read it. Thank you, Steena. We acknowledge the original inhabitants of this place, the Snow Which people and their successors to lands. Since time immemorial, have hunted, fished, gathered, and taken care of these things. We respect their sovereignty, the right to self-determination, and we honor their sacred spiritual connection with the land and water. I said here. Okay, so to go down. Um read the agenda. Next. The approval of minutes. We have two sets of meet uh meeting minutes for tonight. Um unfinished business for the tree code. And then the substantive code amendments related to middle housing and low design rental residential housing. Um frontage type and building orientation, the planning board extended agenda, planning board member comments, planning board chair comments, and then adjournment. Any questions to the agenda?
