Due to high demand and a waitlist of 67 eligible applicants, the council unanimously adopted a resolution authorizing a contract amendment increasing the training capacity from 40 to 120 residents (adding a software development track) for a total not‑to‑exceed amount of $1,110,508 through December 31, 2025.
