Good evening. I will call to order the Elkrove Planning Commission regular meeting of Thursday, February 15th, 2004 at 6 p.m. Let me start with the land acknowledgement. We honor, respect, and acknowledge Elk Grove's first inhabitants, the Plains Meav, who lived as sovereign caretakers of this land and these waterways since time immemorial. We commemorate and advocate for the descendants, the Wilton Rancheria tribe, the only only federally recognized tribe in Sacramento County, who endure endure because of the bravery, resilience, and determination of their ancestors, tribal members, and leaders. This that is of interest to the public and within the jurisdiction of the planning commission. The planning commission cannot take action on non-agendized items raised on the under the public comment until the matter has been specifically included on an agenda as an action item. At this time, I would like to open the general public comment opportunity. Item five point one is Summer Park Estates Map, Project PLNG 2216. The proposed project consists of a tentative subdivision map to subdivide one parcel into 19 residential lots. The project also includes design review for subdivision layout. The project site is located on the east side of Bader Road, approximately 1,300 feet south of Calvine Road. The project site totals approximately 40 acres. Laguna Creek Tributary Number One is located directly off-site and parallels the southern property line, and there are two existing houses which are accessed from Bader Road. To the north, south, east, and west are existing rural residential land uses. The project was rezoned to AR2 as part of a previous project, the Erman Darrell project, which was approved in 2004. That map has since expired. The proposed tentative subdivision map only encompasses a portion of the previous Ermond Daryl estates project site.
