Staff (Senior Planner Sarah Kirchgessner) presented that the project is within the previously approved Sheldon Farms North project, that a mitigated negative declaration was previously adopted, and that no further CEQA review is required. The applicant engineer, Casey Feichert of TSD Engineering, briefly addressed the commission. No public comments were received. The commission unanimously approved the resolution (5-0).

Director’s Report

  • Development Services Director recommended canceling the June 20, 2024 meeting (with concurrence of the Chair) and also canceling the July 4, 2024 meeting due to Independence Day. The Chair agreed.

Planning Commission Matters

  • Commissioner Sandra Poole noted that a previously approved adult daycare project is now under construction and expressed satisfaction.
