The City Council convened a special meeting at 5:00 p.m. on April 9, 2025, at Elk Grove City Hall. Closed Session Report
- By a vote of 5-2-0, the City Council authorized and directed the City Attorney's office to defend the City in the case of Pablo Tomas Hernandez, et al. v. City of Elk Grove, et al. (Sacramento Superior Court Case No. 24CV023334), which was identified as the one existing litigation matter on the agenda.

All right. Hello, good evening. Thank you. We have reconvened from closed session, and I'd like to make the following announcement by a 5-2-0 vote. The City Council authorized and directed the city attorney's office to defend the case of Hernandez versus the City of Elk Grove as identified by the case number on the City Council meeting agenda. With that, we will adjourn the special meeting at 6:16 p.m.
