I will call to order the parking authority of the city council of the City of Elk Grove regular meeting. Today is Wednesday, July the 23rd. The time is 6 p.m. And would the secretary please call the roll? Indeed, and thank you for the indulgence. This is a procedural item for our parking authority, which only meets once a month. It's a requirement that we meet once a month the first or once a year. Thank you. Sorry, once a year, the first meeting in July, and here we are. So thank you for that, City Manager Beerman. Um as a note for the service, the city council serves as the board for the parking uh authority of the City of Elk Grove, and there is no additional stipend or pay that you receive as your service on this. But with that, I will move quickly through the roll calls, starting with board member Spees. Board Member Brewer. Present. Board Member Suan is absent, Vice Chair Robles is absent, and uh Chair Sing Allen. Present. Excellent. We have a quorum so we can hold this regular meeting that happens once a year. All right, at this time I'll open up public comment opportunity. Nobody signed up on this. I'll close the public comment. And it looks like we don't have a presentation. We have a brief item, which is section three, the presentation of the annual update on the parking authority, but I'll let staff handle that. All right, staff. Good evening.
