The Evansville Parks Commissioner held a special meeting at 7:30 PM (local time) on April 22, 2026, to approve the previous meeting's minutes, authorize a consent agenda item, consider an easement agreement, open bids for two park projects, hear public comments, and receive staff reports.
I'd like to uh call the meeting uh of the parks commissioner special meeting today to order, seeing that it's seven thirty in this room and twelve oh one on my watch. About a month ago, I brought um another agreement to you to actually document this easement uh with an engineering firm as exhibit A, which is uh attached on the back of this agreement. This is uh for the next level trail to cross uh Buffalo Trace Council's property in it formalizes the arrangement uh in terms of who takes care of what and has access to what. It's a fairly simple one. It has a 50-year term with the uh an option to renew uh at the end in just part of uh getting the next level trail done. Okay. Questions.
