4:57 We're retitling it to confinement sergeant for consistency amongst um the other ranks of that responsibility, and then we're requesting to fill it uh honor about 522 of 26.
5:10 Uh, this is all necessary for uh advancement of the plan for the jail expansion, so we're getting taking incremental steps to get ready for that.

14:19 I know I had emailed you guys with just some of the information that was passed along, but just highlighting.
14:25 I know about this time last year we started having the conversation about the work release program, and I just wanted to highlight.
14:31 I know I sent you guys some of the data that Gene Bailey sent me, but uh and I KB we did a short video on it, and you know, I just I really think it's worth noting.
14:42 I wanted to put on record just what an incredible job they have going on where they're averaging about 4,000 tons of litter getting picked up off of our streets, and I think it's a uh indicative of the quality of investment that we made, and I just wanted to commend Jean Bailey and Sheriff Robinson on their guidance on that.
15:03 Yeah, it is an outstanding program.
15:06 Um I was behind them yesterday, and uh they were picking up a lot, and what better program to highlight our our uh county.
15:18 So thank you, Sheriff.
15:19 Please extend our thanks to Gene as well, and just I mean as someone that deals with it on the daily, I I cannot emphasize the magnitude of what they're doing when you're talking about the sheer quantity they're getting off of our streets, and so uh you know, I'm glad and I'm glad Councilman Councilwoman Han is recognizing it because it is it's uh and I've heard it from your people over the last few months.

15:52 Uh I do want to recognize you know, when we get our packets, we get additional information in there uh often, and this this month we've have the uh 2025 impact report by Advantics and the Evansville Housing Authority.
16:09 Want to acknowledge uh David Hatfield, the chairman, and also the uh Rick Moore, the president and CEO of Ebazo Housing Authority.

16:23 Uh, also in our packet was we always get this from uh our Vandenberg County Treasurer, and it's the innkeeper's tax payment.

16:35 Uh new in our packet this month was um uh an update from the Purdue extension uh from Megan uh Solomon and Amanda.

16:52 Paul Joyce the state examiner sent us um uh a report uh regarding the library in their budget.
