Okay, we're gonna bring the Ebsville Fire Department Pinch Board special meeting uh into order at say nine forty one. Uh we'll start by taking a roll call. Adam Brock, Chad Jordan, Dan Goodman. Uh Chuck Mingle. Dan Grim, Tony Knight. And Sydney Attorney, Nick Sariano. And in the audience. I guess uh if you want to state your names just so or somebody can make it for the record. Sure, I'll say. So next business here we'll need a motion on determining if Lieutenant Thompson has a covered disability. Make a motion. Second. Any discussion on that? Okay. All members in favor? Aye. Aye. That passes. Then so then we'll need a motion for the class of disability to be referred to in person for Lieutenant Thompson. I'll make a motion for a class three disability. Second. Second. Any discussion on class three displaying? Seeing none? All in favor, say aye. That being said, that's our findings. We will suspend this meeting now to go into another executive session for new hire packets. And do we want to give uh Mr. Thompson back his medical records so they're not floating around? I'm gonna keep one copy for the file and and Chuck will keep one copy for the record to go to in person. Okay, we're gonna bring back our regular session for the fire front pension board. I guess we'll call again here. Same roll call as before. Minus the gentry, the Thompsons, and How? So it is nine twenty or ten twenty-eight. Need a motion to approve our previous meeting notion.
