The temporary drive will connect the west side of the parking area to Cross Point Boulevard, then restore the temporary drive area to its original condition.

The right of entry shall permit BPW through its employees, agents, and contractors to proceed with the construction of the project and do such acts therein as would be permitted if the right-of-way had been obtained.
