- Change Order – First Avenue Storm Sewer Replacement: Approved Change Order No. 3 with Blankenberger Brothers Inc. for additional work on an existing underground storm line discovered during excavation, increasing the contract by $13,320.35 to a new total of $325,080.42, with a zero-dollar contract extension to June 30, 2026.
- Right of Entry – 115 North Cross Point Boulevard: Approved a right of entry to install a temporary drive connecting the west side of the parking area to Cross Point Boulevard during roundabout construction, allowing access for customers and delivery trucks.
- Right-of-Way Permit Applications: Approved applications 3014 through 3023 as submitted; exceptions taken on applications 3012 and 3013 (work in county). Required compliance with Indiana MUTCD maintenance of traffic procedures and possible Board of Public Safety approval for lane restrictions or street closures.
- Bossey Avenue Road Embankment Repairs: Approved seeking quotes for embankment repairs due to a sliding embankment causing a hole in the road north of Claremont (Project No. 26-014).
- 2026 Full Depth Patching Project: Approved seeking quotes for full-depth patching of failed pavement and sub-base in several identified areas citywide (Project No. 26-013).
Bid Opening – Pavement Crack Sealing Project
Three bids were received and opened:
- CNC Contractors LLC: Item 1: $4,800 per ton, grand total $283,200; Item 2: $59,000.
- Rivertown Construction: Item 1: $7,800 per ton, grand total $460,200; Item 2: $59,600.
- Evansville Paving LLC: Item 1: $5,007 per ton, grand total $300,723; Item 2: $43,626. All bids were taken under advisement.

So the first is the office surplus. It's just a couple of old items that are a little outdated in our office that we were trying to clear out. So nobody claimed them from anyway. And next up, the City of Evansville Human Relations Commission requests approval of consulting services contract and an addendum with TA Dickle Consulting LLC for Strategic Planning, leadership development, and creative problem solving facilitation training for the three advisory boards in which the Human Relations Commission facilitates. It's for strategic planning and it is going to provide our advisory boards with a strategic focus and a one-to-two-year plan for uh projects and focus areas for for the coming uh year or two.
