The Evansville Police Merit Commission met in open session on Monday, June 22, 2026, at 4:17 PM in Room 307 of the Civic Center Complex. Prior to the open session, the commission held an executive session closed to the public under Indiana Code provisions for interviewing prospective employees, discussing alleged misconduct, and evaluating job performance of individual employees (I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5), (6)(A), and (9)). The open session addressed routine approvals, promotional list certifications, and a scheduling accommodation.
