Anytime our office gets the complaints from the homeowners or whoever felt the uh like they were um wanna say scam, but uh defrauded out of the the their money for the work that was supposed to take place.

We turn all that information over to uh detective from the sheriff's department, and then he submits all that paperwork to the prosecutor, then they decide if they want to press charges, which they did.
