The hearing officer denied the request, affirmed the repair order, and ordered an interior inspection, returning the case August 27.
- 203 Reed Street: The vacate and raise order was modified to a repair order per the owners' request. An interior inspection was ordered within 10 days, and the case was returned September 24 for progress.
