And it's my understanding at this point that due to the fluctuating gas rates, people aren't wanting to lock in pricing.

Um I did review the proposal and all um figures given, and in comparison to what we are paying by just quoting out um tires, it just wouldn't be feasible or beneficial for the city to enter an agreement with the proposed vendor at the time.
