1:24

we do not.

Speaker 3

1:24

So approval of the minutes for the April meeting.

1:27

Um

Unassigned speaker

1:28

we

Speaker 3

1:28

can have a motion to approve those minutes.

Speaker 2

1:31

I'll make the motion.

Speaker 3

1:32

All right.

1:33

Any uh questions, corrections, discussion of any kind.

Unassigned speaker

1:38

I

Speaker 3

1:38

think everything was okay.

1:45

We will uh ask then for uh a vote for approval of the minutes.

1:49

Uh all in favor say aye.

1:50

All right.

1:53

And then the financial report, Wendy.

Speaker 4

1:56

Yes.

1:57

So let's go ahead and have a motion to approve.

2:18

You'll see in account 240, we've got an account uh uh pump repair.

2:23

Um unfortunately this was the really inexpensive one and not the expensive one, so that'll still be coming.

2:28

Um but that is all part of the shutdown that we had back in November that sort of bled over into this year.

2:36

Um I also wanted to point out in account 355.

2:39

We've got a couple of purchases there.

2:40

One is for book carts for almost 4,000.

2:43

That is money that we carried over from last year's budget because we ordered these in October and they did not arrive by the end of the

Unassigned speaker

2:50

year.

Speaker 4

2:50

Um, so and then computers.

2:53

This is early for us.

2:54

We generally don't uh order computers early, but we got a heads up from um our tech guy at the system that said um one of the companies that makes RAM has shut down.

3:06

And so RAM is getting um increasingly hard to find and expensive.

Unassigned speaker

3:11

Um

Speaker 4

3:11

so he had tipped us off to order as early as we could.
