Tonight I'm presenting the community facilities district number 23, improvement area two, special tax revenue bonds, series 2024.

And before we get started, I have to state that there's been an update to the not to exceed amount.

Stated that the not to exceed amount was 11.5 million.

For background information on this item, the city council approved CFD 23 improvement area two on May 26 of 2020.

In March of 2023, change proceedings were completed to amend the rate and method of apportionment for CFD 23 improvement area two.

This improvement area provides for the construction and acquisition of certain public improvements to serve property within that CFD.

These improvements include backbone infrastructure such as transportation, water system, recycled water, drainage, wastewater, parks, parkways, and open space, and also provides for subdivision improvements such as underground utilities, subdivision roadways, street lighting, sound walls, and landscaping.
