Good evening, everybody, and welcome to the city commission meeting this June 30th, 2025. We seem to have a very robust audience tonight, so we'll try to get through as many items as we can sooner than later. Um I know this is our last meeting before the summer break, and uh just want to wish everybody a wonderful summer holiday for those of you who are going away, be safe. And we will look to see you back at the end of August when we have our our we resume our our commission meetings. Um as with every meeting, we start out with the Pledge of Allegiance and uh and discuss various modifications to the agenda, and then we also have presentations and tonight we have three short presentations, and then after that we're going to resume the public comment regarding business three, which is the him or she um matter that was taken up this afternoon at the con at the conference meeting. And once we're through with that, we'll begin with the evening agenda items. So having said that, I would like to invite Shauna Roberts, Brooklyn Hibbett, and uh Giselle Williams to come meet me at the podium and join us all. If I can ask you all to please rise as we together say the Pledge of Allegiance, that put your hand over your heart, your right hand, your right hand over here, yeah. Okay, and you can start. I'm just total flag, uh, United States to America and to the Republican and a visible with liberty and justice for all. Got a little little gifty for you here. She's gonna take our picture. And uh Commissioner. When she sees cute kids, she always likes to have her picture taken. Ladies, how are you? Any of your family here with you? Very nice. Thank you. That was great, thank you. Um so uh I'd like to also ask all of us to share these next uh few moments in silence as we as we reflect upon uh those who have passed. Uh just want to announce that my brother passed away last week. Very sad moment, our family. Thank you. So I don't have the retiree sheet. This is a time when we announce folks who have this one right here. Oh, great. Thank you. We have two people who have uh spent at least 20 years, in this case 26 years, Lamont Roberts, Parks and Recreation, been with us 26 years. He's now retiring this month, and also David uh Corchado, who's been a senior utilities mechanic in public works, he's been with us 24 years. Congratulations, thank you so much for your service. So, a couple of uh agenda items. We're removing PH2, and uh as a result, uh CR1 item A is removed from the consolidated budget amendment and the corresponding resolution as it relates to PH2. Uh we also removed uh whatever the presentation number one was going to be. And there'll also be a walk-on tonight, a resolution regarding the uh uh notice of intent to enter into a comprehensive agreement regarding a public uh a parking structure here at Holiday Park.
