I am convening this meeting because for the charter, the longest serving member of the council convenes the meeting on our agenda this evening.

And I'm by the way, joined by Councillors Tracy Bryant and Noble Alexander.

We will uh reorganize formally.

There are no minutes to accept uh discussion, but there's nothing on the agenda, and we'll adjourn.

So quite possibly a quick meeting.

And then finance at seven.

And uh Counselor Alexander just left an appointments meeting.

That's uh so lots going on.

There's quite a lot going on in this town tonight.

So for reorganization, I will open uh for nominations for chair, and then we'll do vice chair.

Uh uh pro I guess you're pro temp chair.

So I um uh move to nominate uh Michael Cannon for chair of this um committee.

All inclusive committee.

I second the nomination.

Um seeing none, we will vote.

Um, I'm Noble, you're gonna say something because you don't mind, I'd like to uh nominate Councillor Alexander for vice chair.

In regards to just the budget something in particular.

I'll tell you what's on the agenda for finance.

It's a joint meeting with um schools and the school department finance, school committee finance subcommittee, and the council finance subcommittee.

And I'm trying to pull up their agenda right now.

It is uh I think fires, fire parks, schools, and my thing doesn't want to load, but it's posted.
