The meeting is being held remotely. I'm joined by Councillors Noble Alexander, who's uh the vice chair of the committee, and Counselor Leora Malik, who has uh business before the committee this evening. We are awaiting uh counselor Tracy Bryant. Um with that, I'm gonna we'll hold off on the minutes. Uh I see, you know, I do I chair a meeting just long uh just often enough to be really rusty at it. So thanks everybody for their patience while I remember how to fly the plane. Yeah, and there we go. Public participation. I see uh Ms. Dealy's hand raised. Is this for a uh uh anything that's on the agenda this evening or something that's not on the agenda? Uh Michael. Can you hear me? I can hear you, Jim. Yes. All right. I make a motion uh to approve the meeting minutes of the public health safety and transportation subcommittee of December 15th, 2025. Okay. And I'll second that. Okay, very good. I'm gonna abstain from that. Um just since I wasn't there and didn't see the meeting, it was that was the former committee of public health safety and transportation, December 15th of 2025. Present were Tracy Bryant, Christine Long, and Leslie White Harvey. Um so to vote uh to accept these minutes, uh, Counselor Bryant. Yes. Counselor Alexander? Yes. Yes.
