It was just a uh temporary malfunction. All right, clerk, while we uh figure this out, would you go ahead and please uh call the roll? Yes, thank you. Councilmember Perea. Councilmember Carbasi. Councilmember Arias. Vice President Maxwell. Councilmember Vang. Present. Councilmember Richardson. President Esparza. Present. Four members being present, we have a quorum. Great. That is good news. Uh City Clerk, are there any changes to the special meeting agenda at all? No, there are not. Seeing none, the agenda is approved, four to zero. Uh, at this point, uh, we only have one one item in closed session today. Uh, consider uh public employee um appointment government code section five four nine five seven B considering the appointments, employment evaluation and performance, discipline or dismissal of a public employee. Uh the title is city clerk. Uh I'm the sponsor of that item. So we'll go ahead and take public comments on that item at this point if there's anyone in the uh audience who would like to speak, uh, public comment on this item. You have three minutes.
