Thank you all for coming. Just no one needed it up. We are not starting yet. We're just waiting for one more member of the body to attend, so we can have officially a quorum to begin the proceedings. So once a fourth member shows up, we can begin the meeting. Good evening, everyone. I just want to make a quick announcement at the request of the chair. Council rules of procedure rule number four. So thank you very much for your patience. Again, for those who just joined us either in person or online as uh acting council president we're waiting for fourth member of the city council member to be here so we can have quorum. So I asked for your patience. Again, if you uh just join us, whether it is in person or online as acting council president, we're waiting for a fourth member, so we can add form once we have uh corn, rather.
