So I can provide it to I know our planning manager is closely following this as well as one of the planners that is actually assigned to the text. And so I wasn't sure if you wanted me to provide to them as something they can speak with the applicant about because I know the applicant was interested in kind of what you guys are thinking and different options. Um at the very least, the very least to the planner. Um maybe he seemed interested and at the same time like he understood our concerns. Yeah, that we didn't want somebody just you know in perpetuity. Yeah, so I can relay it to the planners just saying, hey, there's some kind of conversation that took place during the meeting. If you wanted to look it further and see if they're on board about applying some of those changes to the proposal. So I can do that. Thank you. Sure. Thank you for your patience, guys. Yeah, we're gonna be just like this anyway. Right. Right. My poor baby, she's struggling. It's it's hot. It's been very hot. No, it really hasn't. Yeah. I think last year was like it was really really just like mild as a summer for us, right? Which I know for other people that do like dying. Yeah, but for us, we're like, it was pretty mild, and then we've only had a few spurts here and there where it's been hot, but I think tomorrow's like the last day that the weather report shows that it's gonna be over 100, that we're gonna hit 90s. I saw an 89 there was really excited. That's gonna feel nice. Yeah, it's the evenings that I enjoy so much. Yeah, that's hard when you it doesn't pull off. Yeah, like 10 and 9, it's still 90 something. Rough. You can't do it. You really can't. I was on the phone with one of our consultants, and it's like, oh, it was like new like 1230, and he had just come back from lunch. We're on a call, and he's like, oh, it's like it's so hot outside.
