The Germantown Planning Commission met on August 5, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers. The sole agenda item was a request for approval of a Preliminary and Final Site Plan for the Wildwood Farm (UT Martin Education Building) at 2737 S. Germantown Road. I'd like to put our subcommittees used to always be five thirty, and then I kept pushing and pushing it to each each year I got a half more. Well, you're not going to wear it at five thirty and two. Yeah. Well, that was seven. This one was like my first one. I was like, oh yeah, that's what we're like. Yeah, yeah, I got a six.
