Good evening and welcome to the Board of Mayor and Alderman meeting for Monday, May 11th, 2026. We welcome all of those in the chamber as well as those watching from home. Mayor Palazzolo and Alderman Sanders are away this evening. However, we do have a quorum. Just a few highlights for the evening. We'll convene our beer board to hear from two applicants, and we do have two special proclamations that will be read into the record. I'd like to also bring your attention to item number six. Citizens to be heard. If you would like to speak to your neighbors and to the board, you'll need to complete the sheet right outside of these doors on People Street and give it to one of our officers. We will recognize you during that portion of tonight's agenda. So there's still plenty of time. The Pledge of Allegiance will be led by Alderman Brian Ulikey. Please rise. As we conduct this meeting, we humbly ask for clear direction on the important matters before this board tonight.
