The Design Review Board of Green, Ohio, met on February 4, 2026, at 8:30 AM in the Council Chambers of the Central Administration Building. The board conducted its organizational meeting, elected a chair and vice chair, adopted its rules and procedures, approved minutes from two prior meetings, and approved a new monument sign for Serra Subaru. All actions were passed by majority vote with a few abstentions.
Good morning. I'm calling order the design review board meeting for Wednesday, February 4th, 2026. This is our organizational meeting, so I will take this meeting down to the election of the chair, and I'll turn it over to that chair. So if we all could, could we uh arise for the Pledge of Allegiance? Oh, it's a standard one nation. I forgot for all could you call the roll. Mr. Dodovich, Mr. Glassner? Yes. Here, here. Mr. Warko. Mr. Weedy. Also present, our student representatives, Celia Otter Setter and Ada LRF. Welcome everybody. We got uh our organizational, and then we'll go into one some approval minutes that we haven't gotten done from last year, and one business item tag. So uh first item up here is the lecture of the chair for 2026. So well nominate John. Okay, we have a nomination for John Dodovich to uh add another nominations. Not I would close the nominations, and since there are anything, I don't think I need a second on that. I'll second. Okay, we got a second on that. Um so all in favor of uh John Dodovich to be chair for DIB for 2026. We do a roll or nine. Mr. Wesner. Mr. Workhouse? Yes. Mr. Pickett, yes, Mr. Weekly. Yes.
