Good morning.

0:03

It is Wednesday, July 1st, 2010.

0:07

It's time to call the old radio schedule meeting.

0:09

We'll see if it's our review board.

0:11

So according to you leave, uh United States, America, and Blue Colour, one nation from the individual, but we'll be adjusted as well.

0:32

So before funding the agenda, I think we won't call it the approval of the list.

0:35

We have motion for the meeting.

0:36

Uh like a motion for purple?

0:39

See that?

0:40

Is there any session changes and we have nine?

0:44

Well, it's a classic.

0:45

Yes, yes.

0:47

Okay.

0:48

Yes.

0:51

Yeah, they don't want to put it in 2614 from the Smash Castle.

0:55

Come forward, station A.

1:01

Good one.

1:01

Uh Jim Priscilla.

1:02

I'm with Full Point's architectural services on the Up Tech for this project.

1:05

Um so we're back again.

1:07

We made some adjustments to the site layout, uh, building plan for this particular project uh to address some of the concerns from the planning department as well as the board uh at our previous design review meetings.

1:18

So can be the low high level through the church with the change toward how you responded to them?

1:22

Absolutely.

1:24

Uh again, we're dealing with the site at the corner, uh, East Turkey Foot and South Maine.

1:28

Uh originally a by eight building.

1:30

Um and we're trying to convert it, renovate it, uh to create a new gas station and convenient store for friendly express.

1:35

Uh that's the existing site.

1:37

Um this represents uh the previous middle.

1:41

Um sorry, the updates.

1:43

Uh the biggest changes uh that occurred to the site uh from what was originally submitted was uh the owners have agreed to demolish the front with the south 20 feet of the existing building um to gain more circulation space for the gas pumps, gas can't be parking spaces that surround the building.

1:58

Um also in this uh iteration of the plan, we have eliminated uh the drive-thru that was originally shown on the west side of the building.

2:04

So there was a small addition um to accommodate the drive-thru window, and of course, uh we had I think at the last plan six stacking spaces to uh use utilize that uh drive-through window.

2:14

So that has been eliminated as well uh in an attempt to kind of clean up the the site, eliminate another use for the site um to go along with the additional circulation space in and around the new uh gas pumps.

2:24

So that's the biggest change um to accommodate uh the site better, uh have function better.

2:29

Um and uh previously we had submitted uh sorry, I'm kind of going through this.

2:34

Uh so a uh turning auto-turn analysis of the site.

2:38

Um obviously with the additional space uh we can accommodate basically all sorts of traffic on this property.

2:44

Um shown on the side uh car and trailer with boats.

2:47

I know that's kind of uh a standard symbol uh we have for uh that particular earning base.

2:53

And also the tanker truck uh has easy access in and around the building now.

2:56

Um so we accommodate that a little bit better.

2:59

Previously we were able to prove that yes, we could accommodate it um the circulation for those different vehicles on the site.

3:04

Obviously, we bought a little bit more space, essentially 10 foot of additional drive on the north and south sides of the task can't be and at once.

3:11

So those are the adjustments that were made that the owner was able and willing to look at.

3:15

Um and it still keeps their uh primary function for this building on the facing the intersection, which is the most valuable piece of the property.

3:21

So it gives them a lot of frontage, um, keeps their business kind of kind of focused on that corner uh while still providing additional circulation and better e-gress and ingress to the property.

3:29

Any comments on the word?

3:31

Question.

3:37

We appreciate uh Jim U and the owner working with us to make this functional.

3:41

Um that they turn it on us when things don't function well, so we do appreciate everybody's uh working with us.

3:49

Uh so that's awesome, I'm sure that everybody knows it.

3:52

Uh if we got really needed to be worried about movements out here, uh mostly than anything else.

3:56

It's checking the buildings in the paper for three or four years, whatever.

3:59

Five years I don't know.

4:00

I'm probably a good thing.

4:02

So uh appreciate it.

4:04

Good morning.

4:04

Thank you.

4:05

Okay, no measure for approval.

4:06

I'll make a motion for paper recommendations to play on.
