- Section S (Drawings): Incomplete. Many required elements (height above grade and sea level, identification of all antennas and appurtenances, owner/operator names, lighting details, color) were missing from the drawings.
- Section T (Signage): Incomplete. The sign did not include the required permit number, date of issuance, and contact information in a single sign.
- The board also noted that Section M was complete, and several other sections (B, C, D, E, H, I, J, K, L, U, V) were complete.
- Stephen of Aerosmith acknowledged each issue and agreed to make the necessary revisions.

We have in attendance also people from Aerosmith. We have a quorum present at the Greenburg Town Hall, so we can proceed. We are here to review a submission for 280 North Central Avenue. The first submission was made on the April 10, 2025. It was reviewed on the 15th of April 2025, which was five days later. The clock stopped. It was resubmitted on the 13th of August 2025. The meeting to review it was held on the 19th of August, six days later, again deemed incomplete. The third submission was made on the 10th of November 2025. Agreed to by ATT and Aerosmith. The clock was stopped on the 14th of 2025. We accommodated their request to change the day and time of our meeting twice. So we're meeting on the third option. We require a quorum to meet, and we have to schedule our meetings according to that. We are a volunteer board. We work. So making this accommodation is not something that is easy, and we will not do it again. We will make it when the quorum can meet. Especially given the fact that no one from the from Aerosmith was traveling to be here. So I just want everyone to know that this is it. We were very generous in our time. And that needs to be respected by applicants as well. So moving forward. Using the last and let me only say before we get started, I will make the exact same recommendation I made last time. If I were doing this and I work for Aerosmith, I would take the time to go to the building department and ask them for the application submitted by T Mobile, Cudi and Feder in October 2024. A lot of the information that is missing here or provided incorrectly is there and they were deemed complete. Moving forward. No, August, sorry. In August, um we marked one incomplete and still now. We don't know what the people attesting to the entire application does not tell us what they are expert in and what they are attesting to. Or Stephen. If Stephen is going to be responsible for the whole application, that's great, but he has to say that this is that his that the buck stops there and that he is the one reviewing and responsible for the accuracy.
