Good morning. Today is the 16th of January 2026. This is the antenna review board in the town of Greenberg. I'd like to take attendance first. Catherine Letter of Plasquette, that's me. I'm here. Diane Torstrump. Here. Donna Chonikman is not with us here today. And we have a quorum present in the town of Greenberg in a public facility accessible to all. Francis Sheehan, our town liaison, is with us. And Steve Timateo is here in person from Aerosmith Development. And on Zoom, we have Jake Lehman and Carissa Gust. G-O or G U. G O. Ghost. Okay. We're here to review to look at the submission made for 280 North Central Avenue, Hartsdale, New York. The first submission was made on the 10th of April 2025 and reviewed at our first meeting, which was the 15th of April, five days later. The second submission was made on the 13th of August 2025, and it was reviewed six days later on the 19th of August 2025. The third submission was made on the 10th of November 2025. We scheduled a meeting for the 14th of November 2025, but the applicant requested that we change the date of that meeting. So the stop clock stopped, which was four days, and the meeting was held on the 18th of November 2025. We just received this submission. Today is the 16th of January 2026, so it's three days later. In the response submitted now, they have identified what the what is being attested to. And they have included Emily McPherson's license number, which shows us that you can indeed have an RF engineering license number. Okay. That was just an aside to the point that someone else claimed they couldn't have one. Okay. And her um what she's attesting to is actually on the next page. Yes, it's not.
