- Additional discussion on lighting description and signage. The board accepted the existing street light depiction on the drawing but requested that future applications clearly state existing lighting, that Crown Castle is not adding lighting, and the presence of a street light.
- Signage issue: The applicant proposed a small adhesive vinyl sign on the shroud at 11 feet. The board found this inadequate for public notice and left it to the Building Department to address.
- A motion was passed to deem the application conditionally complete with clock stopped, requiring submission of incomplete items, corrected cover page, and updated dates by August 19, 2026, failing which it reverts to incomplete.

Today is July 29th, 2026. This is the antenna review board convening at the town of Breenberg Town Hall in the Leah Jackson room. Before we move forward, let us take attendance. So we are reviewing two applications today. One submitted in for 55 Jackson Avenue and one 35 Sprain Road. Sprain Valley or Spring Valley Road. And these are for right of ways, and they are to update already existing installations. Let's start with 55 Jackson Avenue. 55 Jackson Avenue was first submitted on the 3rd of December 2025. And the meeting was convened on the 15th of December 2025. That's 12 days. And the meeting today is convening on the 7th, 29th of July 2026, five days later. Anything that we have deemed complete before we will not be reviewing. And so starting with A, which was deemed incomplete. We needed license number for Dennis, and I don't want to destroy his last name. The action I see that was taken was to drop into the application. We the noise report that she was part of when we did the individual studies, he was not part of that study. So we dropped his and Jen is the only here that you added the credentials for Jin. What's the name of the person? Jin uh Jin Lee. That was one of the things we asked for with the credentials and license number, and that was provided. So it is now A is now complete. Okay. And that would be because it's in the right-of-way. Commissioner Marabinho. So you I it is complete because you did it, but you need to make the change. Okay. You had Greenberg, and now you have corrected it to reflect Scarsdale. Correct. So that is complete. And the you have it both on the drawings to my eye, and in and I'm and Diane, you're awesome at checking through these to see she can catch spelling, and it looks like nobody's business.
