All right, good evening. I'd like to call the November 9th, 2023 meeting of the Greenville City Council to order. I'm Mayor P. J. Connolly, and I'll be presiding over the meeting. I guess I'm going to call on myself for the invocation, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. If you just join me for a moment of silence. Please stand for the Pledge of Allegiance. And to your public under God. Individual with liberty justice for our law. Madam Clerk, will you please call the roll? Yes, sir. Mayor Connolly. Here. Mayor Pro Tem Glover. Councilmember Daniels. Present. Councilmember Blackburn. Present. Councilmember Smiley. Here. Councilmember Robinson? Here. Councilmember Bow. Here. Right. Mayor Connolly of a Quorum. Thank you very much. Now this is going to be really strange. I usually say Madam Manager, but tonight I'm going to say, do I say Mr. Manager? That sounds good. Mr. Manager. Um we have any recommended changes for the approval of tonight's agenda? Yes, Mr. Mayor. I received a request from the applicant for public hearing item number eleven. Accordance requested by Ren Sport Motorworks LLC to amend Title 9, Chapter 4, Section 86G, fraternity or sorority to withdraw and remove this item from consideration tonight. So therefore our request Council remove this item from the agenda. So moved. Second. Can we just move to approve the whole thing? Sure. As amended. Yeah. Do you need a closed session? Yeah, also add a closed session. Move to approve as amended. There you go.
