All right. Good evening. I'd like to call the February 10th, 2025 meeting of the Greenville City Council to Order. I'm Mayor P. J. Conley. I'll be presiding over tonight's meeting. I'd like to call on our fill-in, Councilmember Blackburn for the invocation, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Thank you, everyone. I'd like to open up with uh just some words from Buddhism. I think Buddhism always gives us a way to look at the world in a way that allows us to focus on what's important and timeless. May all be free from sorrow and the causes of sorrow may all never be separated from the sacred happiness which is sorrowless, and may all live in equanimity without too much attachment or too much aversion, and live believing in the equality of all that lives. Thank you. Please stand for the Pledge of Allegiance. Madam Clerk, will you please call the roll? Yes, sir. Mayor Connolly. Here. Mayor Pro Tem Daniels, present. Councilmember Foreman here. Councilmember Blackburn, present. Councilmember Scully? Here. Councilmember Robinson. Yes. Councilmember Willis. Here. Mayor Connolly of a quorum. Thank you very much. We'll now move on to the approval of tonight's agenda. Mr. Manager. Have no changes. Council. I'm sorry. Mr. McGert. Thank you, Mayor. Mayor and Council. I recommend that council add a closed session motion to be read at the end of the meeting. So second. All right. Motion has been made by Councilmember Willis, second by Councilmember Blackburn. All those in favor say aye. Aye. Opposed say nay. Motion passes 5-0. All right. We'll now move on to the public comment period. The public comment period is a period reserved for comments by the public.
