And I just want to spend just a couple of minutes and give you a little background about Oma Renee right here. So did you know that Renee started with the city back in January of two thousand in the inspections division? Hurricane Floyd brought Renee to the city because the place that she was working at got flooded out and closed. Around two thousand two, Renee was promoted to a permit officer in inspections. During her tenure, uh Renee helped to build the inspections division to be a respected part of the development community. She showed a special ability to communicate with contractors in a way that would allow them to better understand the city's processes and procedures. And Renee shared in the responsibility of developing the intergovernment to significantly streamline the inspections process. But again, uh congratulations on your retirement, and this thank you for everything that you've done for the city of Greenville over this twenty-five years, you're awesome. Get all those good pictures. Congratulations.
