Item number one, Greenville MPO 2024 pavement condition survey and asset inventory projects final report. And now call forward our asset manager Kevin Lee to begin the presentation. I'm Kevin Lee. I'm asset manager for the engineering department. And today we're here to talk about our pavement condition study that we recently completed. The engineering department completed a payment management survey this past year. We retained ESP and associates as well as KCI to do the work. Today we have uh Mr. Brian Moravic and with the ESP and Mr. Alan Foster with KCI Technologies to present the results. During the presentation, you will receive uh overview of the data collection process, a summary of the current condition ratings across the network, and a recommendation of battery strategies to preserve, maintain, and improve our roadway infrastructure. And Ken or Alan, sorry. You may need to be able to make a motion right. All right, well, thank you all for having me. Like Kevin said, I'm Alan Foster with KCI Technologies. And I just want to go over the results of the study and our uh our modeling. So very quickly, we're gonna go over how pavement condition assessment is conducted. We're gonna talk about uh what we inputted into the software that was utilized to model and then look at the analysis and the final recommendations from that.
