for a preliminary platinum Carolina Cross, located on the western right of way of NC Highway 43 North, adjacent to Rock Springs subdivision, further identified as being a portion of Pitt County Tax Parcel number 18678.

The proposed plat consists of 346 single family lots, 34 townhouse units, seven farm cabins, a sales and information center, 4.60 acres of a non-residential space, and 68.80 acres of open space.
