Thank you very much, Miss Bland. Everyone watching at home and online. Welcome to the June 15th planning and zoning commission meeting. The planning and zone commission is a public body established by the Greenville City Council. Pursuant to North Conal Statutes. The commission makes final decisions on preliminary subdivision plots and makes recommendations to the city council on rezonings. And under current COVID rules, we meet not only on uh 6 p.m. on the third Tuesday, we reconvene on Thursday to consider matters and actually vote on those items pending the COVID changes. We are public meetings open to the public, and initiative persons will be afforded the opportunity to address the commission as permitted by our operating rules procedure. So with that, I'd call upon Billy Parker to do the invocation, please. Absolutely. Bow your heads. Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for this day. Thank you for uh all the commission members and the commitment that they've made to uh do the city's business and uh give us the discernment to make the best decisions for the the citizens of Greenville and uh deal or just be with the families of uh each commission member as uh we navigate the the rest of the summer be with the city staff, dear lord, as they uh give us the recommendations uh that they uh that they so fit and uh deal or give us a good meeting today and uh just bless all the people that are on the on the zoom call and uh watching the meeting tonight in your name, amen.
