The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM on August 15, 2023. However, the commission did not have a quorum; only fewer than five members were present. As a result, no business could be conducted. All agenda items, including rezonings, preliminary plats, text amendments, and the election of officers, were postponed to the next regular meeting scheduled for September 19, 2023.
I like to apologize to my gonna have a full board compliment. We would we are not gonna have a full board compliment, so we have to counsel this meeting and reschedule everything on the agenda to our next meeting in September.
