The Greenville Planning and Zoning Commission met on March 19, 2024, at 6:00 PM in City Hall Council Chambers. The meeting was called to order by Chair Alan Brock, followed by an invocation and roll call establishing a quorum. Good evening. The meeting will now come to order. Welcome to the March 19th, 2024 meeting of this City of Greenville Planning and Zoning Commission. My name is Alan Brock. I'm the chair of this commission. Mr. Allen, if you would say the indication for us, please bow their heads. Dear Heavenly Father, thank you again for bringing us here to handle the city's business and our citizens' business. Please keep us safe, Lord, and have we deliver the activities of the city this evening. Give us wisdom, give us patience as we work for the best of our community. On to new business, a request by Stroud Engineering PA for a preliminary plant entitled Fairview Acres, located along the southern right-of-way of Old Pactolus Road and it's 340 plus or minus feet east of Sunnyside Road. The property is further identified as Pitt County Tax Parcel number 90746. The proposed plat consists of six lots totaling eighteen point two nine acres roughly.
