The Half Moon Bay City Council met in a special closed session on November 18, 2025. The meeting was convened to address two closed session items: a conference with legal counsel regarding existing litigation in Ellingson v. City of Half Moon Bay (San Mateo Superior Court Civil No. 25-CIV-04838) and a conference with legal counsel regarding one potential case of anticipated litigation. The public portion of the meeting consisted of roll call, identification of closed session items, and an opportunity for public comment.
