So before we go into the approval of minutes, I would like to extend a warm welcome to our newest commissioner, Jim Rems, who will be um filling in. Welcome. Thank you. Thank you very much. We're glad you're here. With that, I we will move in to the draft minutes of November twelfth, twenty twenty-four. Uh I move we approve those minutes. I will second that. Through the chairman recusing. I wasn't there. Oops. Okay. We can't do it then. So we can't do that to me. Okay. So I'll have to postpone those until the next meeting. Okay.
