And as we've mentioned in prior meetings, the City Council requested that staff develop recommendations around issues like density of short-term rentals, and we've engaged a stakeholder group to begin that process. So we expect that process to conclude in February. So by deferring these to the March Planning Commission meeting, we should have guidance from City Council about how we expect to handle short share rentals going forward. Um and so with that we'd ask for individual votes on items three, four, and five to defer each one to the regular March 2024 Planning Commission meeting. Thank you.
