And I will move on to the um with the meeting agenda and approval of the minutes for the next item. I mean for our last meeting, uh, which would have been May 16, 2024. Are there any comments or anything? Or we have a motion for approval of the minutes, please. Move approval of minutes from uh planning commission meeting May 2024. Regarding the rules of the meeting. Okay. Um, yes, we will have one uh public hearing this afternoon, so I will read the public hearing comment rules. Uh the planning commission of the city of Hampton takes pride in being fair and courteous to all parties in attendance. It is important that all involved understand how the commission conducts its hearings and how all persons before the commission should conduct themselves. Individuals other than an applicant or the representative who have signed up to comment on a case will have three minutes to present their comments. Speaker should remain at the podium or microphone while addressing the commission. Speakers who have signed up may not donate their time to other speakers. And please note that most of the actions taken by the commission today are in the form of a recommendation to the Hampton City Council, and the final decision to approve or disapprove an application will be will be made by the city council at a future date. So with that, we'll ask for deferral on those first two public hearing items. Questions? Okay, is there um motion on two four zero?
