Um for the purpose of electing officers and um changing September is the month of each year where we go through the process for leadership on the commissions. And Jules continue that process. Thank you. All right, thank you. We'll now open the floor for nominations for chair. I nominate Mr. Michael Harris for Chair of the Planning Commission. I second. It has been moved in oh, so that was not a motion. That was a nomination. Oh, that's right. So there's nothing to second. So we have the floor open for nominations right now.
