There's a motion and a second on the floor for approval of last month's minutes. Commissioners, are there any questions or discussion? Madam Clerk, please call for the vote. Commissioner Samuels. Aye. Commissioner Griffith. All right. Commissioner Brooks. Aye. Commissioner Coleman. Aye. Vice Chair Muggler. Commissioner De Profio. Aye. Chair Rogers. Aye. And that motion passes. As we move into our public hearing items, I would like to remind any speakers that when you come to the microphone to please state your name before you begin to speak for the public hearings. And there is a timer on the podium that will be green when you're speaking. The yellow light lets you know you have one minute left, and the red light lets you know that your time is finished. That being said, I'd like to hand the meeting over to the director. All right, thank you. I will first read the public hearing protocol. The planning commission of the city of Hampton takes pride in being fair and courteous to all parties in attendance. It is important that all involved understand how the commission conducts its hearings and how all persons before the commission should conduct themselves. Individuals other than the applicant or their representative who have signed up to comment on the case will have three minutes to present their comment. All comments must be directed to the commission. No person may address the commission until he or she is called by the chair.
