Um, you know, I was council president at the time and started working with um councilwoman uh rosetti in putting this back program back together again.

Um there's individuals who has been part of the City City program that has been involved in the community for years, uh, and um you know was never asked to sit back around the table again, and I have received uh complaint on that.
