Item 3.5, Mayor Avru Lampalam with accompanying resolution authorizing the city to extend its license agreement with Metro Center Shopping Plaza LLC to continue operating a Harford Police Office at 1888 Main Street, Harford. 5.1, Mayor Avril Lumpalam with accompanying resolution authorizing the Harford Police Department to receive camera equipment from Harford Health Care. Item 5.2, Mayor Avril Lumpalam with accompanying resolution authorizing the city of Harford to apply for and accept a grant from the state of Connecticut, Department of Transportation Highway Safety Office for the Speed and Aggressive Driving Enforcement Program. Item 5.3, Assistant Majority Leader Hernandez, Majority Leader Billadu, Councilwoman Surgeon, Councilman Rosetti, Councilwoman Rosado, Council President Clerk, and Councilman Thomas.
