The Hartford Court of Common Council met virtually on June 22, 2026, with Council President Clark presiding. Council members present included Majority Leader Kelly Billadew, Assistant Majority Leader Milkar Hernandez, Councilwoman Marilyn Rosetti, Councilwoman Mallie Rosado, Councilman Alex Thomas, Councilman John Gill, and others. The meeting proceeded through routine procedural items including approval of minutes, a consent calendar, receipt of committee reports, referral of items to committees, and postponement of several items. All motions passed unanimously.

Item 3.5, Mayor Avru Lampalam with accompanying resolution authorizing the city to extend its license agreement with Metro Center Shopping Plaza LLC to continue operating a Harford Police Office at 1888 Main Street, Harford. 5.1, Mayor Avril Lumpalam with accompanying resolution authorizing the Harford Police Department to receive camera equipment from Harford Health Care. Item 5.2, Mayor Avril Lumpalam with accompanying resolution authorizing the city of Harford to apply for and accept a grant from the state of Connecticut, Department of Transportation Highway Safety Office for the Speed and Aggressive Driving Enforcement Program.
