Say what TJ. Um Father's Day, by the way. Thank you. Same to you. Thank you. All right. Uh let's get started. We good to go. We are live. Good evening, everyone. Uh, would like to call this uh special virtual um public hearing to order uh for today, June 22nd, 2026. Uh, my name is Council President TJ Clark, and I will be chairing uh tonight's public hearing. Uh, this public hearing is broadcasting live on HPA TV's Xfinity Government Channel 96 and Frontier Government Channel 6032. It is also uh being streamed via HPA TV.org, HPA TV Facebook page, HPA TV, Apple TV, Amazon TV, and real cool TV apps. It will also be made available on HPA TV YouTube channel. I would like to welcome and introduce the other members of the council uh that are here tonight. I have our uh esteemed my esteemed colleagues, uh councilwoman Marilyn Rossetti and uh Councilman John Gill, uh our majority leader, uh Kelly Billadiew, and we are joined by our uh council staff, Noelia Ortiz, Kelly Kirkley Bay, and Oscar Camagno. Before we begin, uh tonight, there are some housekeeping rules that we want you to keep in mind. Uh, this public hearing uh will be conducted in accordance with the following procedures. Each person wishing to address the council or members thereof shall, upon recognition by the presiding officer, give his or her name, address, and if he or she represents a group, and shall in addition state for the record the name and address of said such said group or organization and shall limit his or her remarks to five minutes. All remarks shall be addressed to the council as a body and not to any member thereof. Any person making personal impertinent or slanderous remarks or who become voicerous while addressing the council shall be forthwith barred by the presiding officer from further audience at this meeting, unless permission to remain is granted by two-thirds vote of the council members present during the public hearing. There shall be no debate by the council, although questions may be asked by council or persons making such presentations, and we have the following agenda item uh for this evening. Item 2.1 mayor our lampal with accompanying resolution authorizing the city of Harford to enter into a tax abatement agreement with overlook overlook village associates for LLC for fifty-six affordable rental housing units to be developed at 421 Granby Street here in the great city of Hartford. Um and uh what I would do uh is I will uh call on persons who want to speak in favor of this item three times. Uh, then I will call on those that want to speak on this uh item that in are that is in opposition of it three times, and we will move accordingly. Is there any persons that have signed up uh willing to speak, wishing to speak uh in favor of this item? Uh is there anybody that has signed up that is willing to speak in favor of this item? Anybody that signed up willing to speak in favor of this item, wishing to speak in favor of this item. Hearing none, I will move to anyone that has signed up to speak or wishing to speak in opposition of this item. Anybody that is signed up wishing to speak in opposition of this item. Anybody wishing to speak, uh, that has signed up and speaking in opposition of this item. Seeing none, uh, this item is closed. Uh, we'd like to recognize uh councilman Alex Thomas, who has joined us.
